I closed the door on too many nights
A quieter house, the same old lights
Then something opened in the sound
And pulled the old me off the ground
The music finds the part that’s true
It knows the way to carry you
Let it stay, don’t let it go
We made it this far, we already know
Open your heart, the night is kind
We leave the worry far behind
let it stay... we already know...
No more saving it for later
The feeling’s bigger, the night is greater
The floor is warm, the crowd is near
I finally let the moment clear
The music finds the part that’s true
It knows the way to carry you
Let it stay, don’t let it go
We made it this far, we already know
Open your heart, the night is kind
We leave the worry far behind
let it stay… don’t let it go… we already know…
Close your eyes, the song is near
It brings us back year after year...
We never fade...
We stay right here...
Let it stay, don’t let it go
We made it this far, we already know
Open your heart, the night is kind
We leave the worry far behind
Let it stay...
Don’t let it go...
We are here...
